Overview

Join our team as a Security Program Manager and support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) by leading its contractor security team across personnel, physical, SCIF, industrial, and information security. You will direct clearance processing, inspections, access control, and vulnerability assessments, ensure facilities and people stay secure and inspection-ready.

Work Schedule and Location:


On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Linthicum Heights, MD,with occasional work at 1306 Concourse Dr, within walking distance. Security coverage runs 6:00 AM–6:00 PM ET on business days; this positions own schedule is 40 hours/week within that window.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the contractor security team covering a 6:00 AM–6:00 PM operating window
  • Oversee the clearance lifecycle in NBIS and DISS
  • Direct weekly physical security and monthly SCIF inspections
  • Run monthly Security Vulnerability Assessments and corrective action plans
  • Manage access control, visitor control, and alarm response procedures
  • Support COOP planning and exercises and prepare for DCSA/IG inspections

 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship
  • Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC), or an equivalent such as NCMS ISP, ASIS CPP, or FSO credentials
  • 3 years within the last 10 managing a security program of similar size and complexity
  • Authority to make decisions for and commit the company on security-task matters

Desired: 

  • SCIF operations under ICD 705
  • DCSA or IG inspections rated Commendable or better
  • COOP program experience
