Overview

Join our team as a Program Manager and support the Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) by leading a multi-directorate contract covering program, financial, security, HR, and legal operations. You will direct a team of about 30 professionals across more than 20 labor categories, ensure every task and performance standard is met on time and to standard.

Work Schedule and Location:


On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Linthicum Heights, MD near BWI airport.  Occasional local travel as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all contractor staff and subcontractors across five client directorates
  • Serve as the single point of contact with the Contracting Officer's Representative and client leadership
  • Plan and manage staffing, recruiting, and backfills to keep vacancies under 30 days
  • Track contract financial and performance metrics and report monthly
  • Lead the 30-day transition-in from the incumbent
  • Own the Program Management Plan, risk management, and quality control

 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Active TS/SCI clearance and U.S. citizenship
  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Within the last 10 years, success managing programs of similar size and complexity
  • Within the last 5 years, determined and managed manpower requirements across diverse technical skills and labor categories
  • Within the last 5 years, comprehensive financial and performance monitoring of contracts using KPIs
  • Authority to make decisions for and commit the company on contract matters

Desired: 

  • DoD program management in cyber, digital forensics, or law-enforcement settings
  • Firm-fixed-price services contract leadership with turnover and vacancy metrics
  • Prior incumbent-to-new-contractor transitions
