Overview

Join our team as a Senior Program Analyst and support the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) ManTech Program by promoting effective collaboration between the Manufacturing Innovation Institutes (MIIs) and DoD stakeholders. You will assess MII commercialization strategies and business models, engage MII leadership, and support program reviews and industry/academic forums, ensuring the Government stays informed of opportunities, challenges, and achievements across the MII community.

Work Schedule and Location:

Hybrid: This full-time hybrid position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm with some onsite work in Alexandria, VA.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage in-depth, sector-specific knowledge of MII technology areas to promote effective interactions between the MIIs and DoD
  • Assess MIIs' commercialization strategies and business models
  • Engage with MII leadership to keep the Government informed of opportunities, challenges, and achievements within the MII community
  • Facilitate productive relationships between Customer programs and other entities in Government, industry, and academia
  • Participate in conferences, teleconferences, and other relevant forums
  • Contribute to program reviews
  • Manage multiple, concurrent projects and tasks while delivering high-quality, timely results and work products
  • Assess urgent workload assignments, determine optimal courses of action, and drive them to timely conclusion
  • Support client and stakeholder communication across functional disciplines
  • Use MS Office suite and other management tools to support the mission

 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in any field from an accredited college or university
  • Eight (8) years of technology policy or federal program management experience (military or industry experience may substitute for the specific educational requirement)
  • Demonstrated project/operational management, strategy development and planning, communication, and executive decision support experience
  • Demonstrated client/stakeholder communication across functional disciplines
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/tasks and deliver high-quality, timely results
  • Demonstrated ability to triage urgent workload assignments and drive them to timely conclusion
  • Requires an active Secret level security clearance
