Technical Manager

Location US-
ID 2026-2338

Overview

FWI is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to bring deep system expertise to our team supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Huntsville Engineering and Support Center (USACE HNC) under the Real Property Support Services III (RPSS III) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). This is your opportunity to apply specialized knowledge of a DoD real property system of record — supporting the projects that help DoD installations across the country maintain the accurate, audit-ready Real Property data they depend on for funding, planning, and compliance. We're especially interested in Technical Managers who pair that systems expertise with subject-matter depth in a real property–related discipline such as master planning, environmental, engineering, utility, or economic and financial analysis.

FWI is expanding rapidly and has been recognized as a 2024 and 2025 Top Workplace by the Washington Post, offering excellent growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.

**Position is contingent upon contract award**

  • Collect, enter, edit, maintain, and report data within the assigned system of record
  • Perform data quality checks and validate records for accuracy
  • Support audit readiness and compliance for the assigned system
  • Apply subject-matter expertise in a real property–related discipline (e.g., master planning, environmental, engineering, utility, or economic analysis) to support installations as task orders require
  • Strengthen the program team's technical depth across DoD real property systems

Required:

  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience with one or more DoD real property systems of record (such as GFEBS, INFADS, RPLANS, BUILDER, ePRISMs, HQIIS, or GIS)

  • Demonstrated depth of real property systems experience

Subject-Matter Expertise (a plus, not required):

In addition to the systems experience above, we're especially interested in candidates who also bring expertise in one or more of the following. None is required, but each strengthens your candidacy:
