Subject Matter Expert - Utility Analyses

Overview

FWI is seeking a Utility Analyses Subject Matter Expert to join our Real Property Support Services (RPSS) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) team supporting USACE HNC. You will work directly alongside Garrison staff and Directorate of Public Works (DPW) personnel at DoD installations — providing the utility infrastructure expertise they need to assess systems, analyze capacity and usage, and ensure installations have the accurate, well-documented utility data they depend on for Real Property records and long-term infrastructure planning.

Work Schedule and Location:

Remote: This full-time remote position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.  Potential on-site requirements at DoD installations.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and analyze utility infrastructure usage, capacity, and requirements at DoD installations
  • Document utility system findings in clear, well-organized reports suitable for Government review
  • Work closely with installation DPW staff and utilities personnel throughout the analysis process
  • Support updates to Real Property records based on utility analysis findings where applicable
  • Ensure all work products are handled at the CUI level and comply with CMMC Level 2 requirements

 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Hands-on experience conducting utility assessments or infrastructure analyses, preferably on federal or DoD installations
  • Working knowledge of installation utility systems and infrastructure planning
  • Ability to produce clear, accurate written reports and present findings to installation leadership
  • Comfortable working in an on-site, field environment
  • IAT Level I professional certification

Desired: 

  • Engineering background in mechanical, electrical, civil, or a related discipline
  • Prior military service or experience in installation facilities management
  • Familiarity with DoD Real Property systems and how utility data integrates with asset records
