Program Support Specialist

Overview

FWI is building a team to deliver professional and administrative support services for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC. As a Program Support Specialist, you will support the operational effectiveness of your assigned CSOSA division — maintaining organizational and workflow records, reviewing management reports, compiling program performance data, and preparing charts and narratives for management analysis, all while helping leadership make informed decisions.

Work Schedule and Location:


On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain, gather, and compile records of organizational and workflow charts, staffing levels, mission and function statements, program resource use and availability, and internal audit reports
  • Review reorganization requests, performance and management indicator reports, and suggestions for program improvements
  • Compile and distribute reports on proposed program goals, budgets, staff levels, and performance criteria to operating officials
  • Make and verify routine calculations such as standard cost estimates, production rates, staff hours, and workload figures
  • Prepare charts, graphs, and narrative information for management or program analysis reports

 

Qualifications

Required: 

 

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience maintaining and compiling organizational records, workflow charts, and staffing documentation
  • Experience reviewing and analyzing management reports and program performance data
  • Experience preparing charts, graphs, and written narratives for management reporting purposes
  • Experience performing routine calculations such as cost estimates, staffing hours, and workload figures
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
