Overview

FWI is building a team to provide graphic design, photography, Section 508 remediation, and related production services for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Public Affairs. As a Project Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact between FWI and the Government, overseeing all on-site and off-site contractor staff to ensure successful delivery of all contract requirements.

**Position is contingent upon contract award**

 

Work Schedule and Location:On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5pm at DOL Frances Perkins Bldg in Washington, DC

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all contract administration and subsequent BPA calls
  • Supervise on-site contractor staff (Senior Graphic Designers, Junior Graphic Designer, Photographer)
  • Assist staff in determining materials, equipment, and supplies for project completion
  • Resolve technical problems regarding the preparation of visual materials
  • Coordinate with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Contracting Officer (CO)
  • Ensure compliance with all BPA terms, conditions, and deliverable schedules
  • Provide quarterly sales reports and maintain contract documentation

 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • 15 years of experience managing all aspects of large-scale, multimode data collection or production efforts, preferably of a longitudinal nature
  • Familiarity with graphic design and production standards, professional hardware, software, and production tools
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise on-site staff, determine materials and equipment for specific projects, and resolve technical problems regarding the preparation of visual materials
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
