FWI is building a team to administer, maintain, secure, and accredit the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC) Academic Network, which provides the IT environment for 100% of DLIFLC teaching and instruction for all students, staff, faculty, and guests. This position will serve as the Government's senior technical escalation point for end-user support, bridging helpdesk operations, desktop services, and enterprise IT systems to drive efficient problem resolution. The ITS Lead will develop solutions for complex network, desktop, and server problems, analyze existing systems to recommend proactive improvements, and ensure the military language training community receives responsive, expert-level technical support that keeps their learning environment running smoothly.

On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday,7:45am to 4:45pm at Presidio of Monterey in Monterey, CA.
