Digital Media Analyst

Overview

FWI is building a team to support Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) Communication Services program for the Community Development Block Grant for Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) and Community Development Block Grant for Mitigation (CDBG-MIT). The Digital Media Analyst will design measurement plans, implement and audit tracking systems, and provide data-driven insights to optimize multichannel digital campaign performance.

Work Schedule and Location:


Hybrid: This full-time hybrid position will work Monday through Friday,8am to 5pm, with some onsite work in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

  • Design the measurement plan covering KPIs, data sources and governance by program and campaign
  • Implement and audit tagging in GTM and GA4, pixels and Conversion API, and Consent Mode, with end-to-end QA
  • Build executive and operational dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI and automate data ingestion in Sheets and BigQuery
  • Consolidate multichannel data from ad servers such as CM360, Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube and DV360, as well as organic, email and out-of-home
  • Monitor pacing, frequency, viewability, CTR, VTR and CVR; issue alerts and optimization recommendations
  • Design and execute split tests, holdouts and brand lift studies; analyze results and recommend next steps
  • Produce post-campaign reports with actionable insights, channel and format impact and a refinement plan
  • Estimate reach and frequency, cost per result such as CPL, CPA, CPV and CPQL, and analyze funnels from awareness to action
  • Measure outcomes from in-person activations such as QR scans, unique codes and head counts and attribute results to field and media efforts
  • Ensure compliance with privacy including personally identifiable information, brand guidelines and government policies including publicity blackout periods
  • Manage stakeholders; present findings to Planner and Buyer teams, Creative, PR and leadership; train teams on tagging and KPI interpretation
  • Validate consistency across platform reports, affidavits and proof of performance and billing in support of post-buy reconciliation
  • Maintain data quality including UTM naming, deduplication and integrity checks along with documentation
  • Recommend improvements to the measurement stack including server-side tagging, naming standards and processes

 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 3+ years in digital media analytics and multichannel performance marketing
  • Proficiency with GA4 (event model), Google Tag Manager (web; server-side preferred), Looker Studio, and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, functions, data cleaning)
  • Ability to read and consolidate metrics from Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, DV360/Programmatic, CM360/ad servers, and publisher IO placements
  • Measurement implementation: UTM and naming standards, event/conversion definitions, pixels and conversion APIs, Consent Mode, and cross-device/browser QA
  • Working knowledge of attribution (data-driven/last click), A/B testing, and increment/lift studies
  • Privacy best practices (PII minimization, retention, access controls), brand guidelines, and government policies (incl. publicity blackout periods)
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal presentation of findings in Spanish and English
