FWI is building a team to support FEMA's Independent Study Program by managing and administering critical educational training services for emergency management professionals. As a Project Manager, you will lead and oversee the operational execution of FEMA's Independent Study Program, ensuring effective customer service and program administration across multiple stakeholder groups.

Work Schedule and Location:

On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at the National Disaster & Emergency Management University in Emmitsburg, MD

• Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR)
• Lead and motivate teams supporting FEMA's Independent Study Program
• Manage project operations and stakeholder expectations
• Resolve complex issues and make critical decisions
• Ensure effective customer service in an educational/training environment

Required: 

• 5 years of experience in project management or related field
• Proven track record of successful team leadership and project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Demonstrated decision-making capabilities focused on achieving outcomes
