As the Digital Director, you will develop and implement innovative social media and digital engagement strategies to connect with diverse audiences and drive campaign visibility.

Work Schedule and Location:

Remote: This full-time remote position will work Monday through Friday,8am to 5pm.

• Develop and manage high-profile social media content
• Implement social media marketing to increase engagement
• Create platform-specific content strategies
• Conduct outreach to reach target populations
• Provide audience support services and data collection
• Analyze campaign performance metrics
• Travel within Continental United States may be required

Required: 

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, journalism, or similar field OR 10 years relevant experience without degree
• Minimum 3 years experience creating and publishing digital/social media content
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Understanding of platform-specific best practices and algorithm behavior
• Experience developing communication strategies and digital media content
• Experience researching target industries and market development strategies
• Ability to analyze social media campaign performance
• Public Trust clearance is required
