As the Polling & Research Director, you will design and manage surveys, analyze public opinion data, and translate findings into actionable messaging strategies.

Work Schedule and Location:

Remote: This full-time remote position will work Monday through Friday,8am to 5pm.

• Ensure collection of high-quality polling and survey data
• Develop data-driven messaging guidance, reports, and presentations
• Design survey instruments and conduct focus groups
• Analyze research findings and present to diverse audiences
• Manage polling projects from design through implementation
• Travel within Continental United States may be required

Required: 

• Bachelor's degree in research, data analytics, survey methodology, data science, or similar field OR 10 years relevant experience without degree
• Expertise in survey design, sampling methodology, and statistical analysis
• Experience conducting opinion and messaging research
• Experience managing large-scale polling projects from conception through public release
• Ability to analyze and visualize quantitative and qualitative data
• Experience in policy, advocacy, or political context preferred
• Public Trust clearance is required
• Will be asked to provide a work portfolio
