Overview

FWI is building a team to provide comprehensive Information Resource Center (IRC) administrative support services to the United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), including records management, FOIA support, facilities management, and conference/event coordination. As a Project Manager, you will lead all IRC operations and serve as the primary contractor interface with USTDA leadership while overseeing a team delivering critical administrative and information management services.

**Position is contingent upon contract award**

 

Work Schedule and Location:On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at the USTDA offices in Arlington, VA.

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead and manage all Information Resource Center (IRC) administrative support services
  • Oversee records management program implementation and NARA compliance
  • Supervise team of 7 administrative support professionals
  • Ensure quality control and performance standards across all IRC functions
  • Coordinate with USTDA Contracting Officer and COR on contract deliverables
  • Manage FOIA program support activities
  • Oversee conference room/training center operations and audiovisual support
  • Develop and maintain IRC policies, procedures, and training programs

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Bachelor's degree required (business, management, or related field preferred)
  • Minimum 15 years relevant work experience
  • Strong leadership, management, and supervisory skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience with performance oversight and Quality Control Programs
  • Proficient in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
  • Experience with administrative services (office management, records, HR support, procurement)
  • Experience analyzing and implementing business processes
  • Proficient in data analysis, financial management, and project management software
  • Experience with risk management related to timelines, costs, and compliance
  • Understanding of budget management and contractor personnel oversight
  • Ability to provide on-site technical support and troubleshoot AV equipment
  • Secret level security clearance required.
