Overview

FWI is building a team to provide HR support services including workforce development, training needs assessment, and succession planning for the Department of Justice. As an HR Solutions, Training Specialist, you will design and deliver training programs while supporting strategic human capital initiatives across DOJ components.

**Position is contingent upon contract award**

 

Work Schedule and Location:


On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at the DOJ Justice Management Divison in Washington, DC. Hybrid/telework options may be available.

Responsibilities

 

  • Conduct employee training needs assessments
  • Provide technical and general skills training
  • Support leadership and supervisory development programs
  • Assist with career development initiatives
  • Support training program management
  • May assist with workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives

 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in training, learning, and/or workforce development
  • Experience with federal training programs and requirements
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
