Overview

FWI is building a team to provide administrative, technical, and financial support services for the United States Coast Guard Directorate of International Affairs and Foreign Policy Advisor (DCO-I), including passport/visa processing, international military training coordination, and security cooperation program management. As a Project Manager you will lead the multi-disciplinary contract team, serve as the primary liaison with USCG leadership, and ensure quality delivery of all support services across DCO-I's international affairs mission.

Work Schedule and Location:


On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm at USCG Headquarters in Washington, DC.

Responsibilities

 

  • Serve as the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer (KO) and Contracting Officer Representative (COR)
  • Manage multi-disciplinary team delivering support services across Executive Staff Division, Office of Regional Affairs, Passports and Support Division, and Office of Security Cooperation
  • Attend post-award orientation and bi-weekly status meetings with COR
  • Prepare and submit monthly status reports by the 15th of each month
  • Ensure all team members maintain highest ethical standards and professional integrity
  • Oversee quality control for all deliverables ensuring zero typographical errors and compliance with applicable documents
  • Coordinate team activities to ensure 100% on-time delivery of all documents and services
  • Manage personnel clearance requirements and facility access for team members
  • Occasional travel may be required

 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Minimum 5 years' experience managing multi-discipline teams supporting government contracts
  • Bachelor's degree and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
