Join our team as an Administrative Assistant and support USCIS by preparing reports, analyzing data, and suggesting solutions for senior level management. You will provide administrative support including file management, phone coverage, document and correspondence drafting, and data entry, ensuring professional services in support of the Customer. This position also includes scheduling and coordinating meetings and events; preparing expense reports; and using systems for travel, budget, and other tasks.

Work Schedule and Location:
On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, between hours of 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM EST at Camp Springs, MD.

Required:
Have a minimum of an Associate's degree from an accredited institution
Have experience using Microsoft Office Products (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint, etc.)
Have experience preparing reports, analyzing data, and suggesting solutions for senior level management
Experience using GovTA for time and attendance keeping (or WebTA or similar)
Familiarity utilizing Concur or similar travel scheduling software
Experience with STARS or similar form of data/record tracking
