Overview

FWI is building a team to provide employment assistance services for eligible members of North Carolina Reserve Components, their families, and designated representatives. As a Database Administrator you will maintain the Salesforce database system to ensure accurate employment information tracking for all WFWNC clients across North Carolina locations.

**Position is contingent upon contract award**

 

Work Schedule and Location:


On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Salesforce Database (or BRASS RING if Salesforce is later replaced) administration support daily
  • Input new data and perform error correction of current data for all WFWNC clients
  • Maintain Salesforce files including auditing for errors, creating, maintaining, and purging specified data file logs
  • Produce Salesforce Database reports bi-weekly/weekly and analyze data within
  • Prepare monthly reports reflecting compliance with Army Command drill-down items in Salesforce
  • Extract and release information according to specific criteria and in strict compliance with established policies
  • Resolve problems and inconsistencies with data while maintaining effective communication

 

Qualifications

Required: 

  • Two (2) years experience in administrative database entry
  • Experience using Salesforce database
  • Demonstrated abilities in recordkeeping
  • Ability to manipulate data to distinguish patterns and common themes of data to produce whole reports
  • Ability to make judgments about sensitive/confidential information
  • Strong organizational & communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic knowledge of standard office procedures and ability to interpret general direction
  • Ability to work as a team member, manage time and prioritize workload with little or no supervision
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to use various software programs to maintain database files and prepare reports

  • Knowledge of Veterans employment initiatives
  • Experience in a military career field
