FWI is building a team to provide employment assistance services for eligible members of North Carolina Reserve Components, their families, and designated representatives. As a Marketing Director you will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote WFWNC events and services through digital media, print materials, and partnership development.

Work Schedule and Location:

On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm in Raleigh, NC.

• Develop creative and innovative marketing solutions to promote WFWNC supported events
• Oversee WFWNC website ensuring content remains current
• Oversee WFWNC social media platforms (Facebook and LinkedIn)
• Measure Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing programs and campaigns
• Build partnerships with State and local media organizations quarterly
• Develop and distribute annual informational brochures and pamphlets
• Analyze market trends to use as basis for formulating future advertising and marketing strategies
• Provide quarterly report on market analysis with options for program improvements

Required: 

• Bachelor's degree OR three (3) years demonstrated practical experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, and Public Relations
• Strong organizational & communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of standard office procedures and ability to interpret general direction
• Ability to work as a team member, manage time and prioritize workload with little or no supervision
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to use various software programs to maintain database files and prepare reports
