Overview

FWI is building a team to enhance NNSA's cybersecurity posture by providing Cybersecurity Service Provider (CSSP) services that help implement and protect information networks in compliance with Department of Defense certification requirements. As a CSSP Manager, you will manage the CSSP Team and program while serving as the primary liaison between the Information Assurance Team, CSSP Team, and Federal Oversight to ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements.

Work Schedule and Location:


On-Site: This full-time on-site position will work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM at NNSA in Las Vegas, NV.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Information Assurance Team, CSSP Team, and Federal Oversight, including JFHQ-DODIN
  • Develop and ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures for DOE NNSA's Cybersecurity Service Provider program
  • Oversee CSSP reporting and manage auditing activities across all subscriber sites
  • Coordinate closely with Assessment Teams during security assessments and Command Cyber Readiness Inspections (CCRIs)
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with Subscriber Sites to ensure compliance and provide guidance on CSSP requirements
  • Review and improve CSSP documentation including policies and procedures
  • Lead and facilitate CSSP Working Group Sessions to drive program initiatives and improvements

Qualifications

  • Active Top Secret security clearance
  • At least 15 years of experience working within the federal government community
  • Experience in managing a team that provides oversight, assessments, makes recommendations, and establishes best practices for improving operations, processes, and outcomes
  • Experience in oversight and assessment activities with existing operational processes
  • Experience providing continuous improvement, leading organizational change, and making recommendations to drive project performance
  • Strong writing and oral presentation capabilities in developing executive-level briefings, presentations, and recommendations for senior management
  • Expert understanding of the intricacies and unique relationships NNSA has with DOD, DOE, its Maintenance and Operating (M&O) Contractors, and other external stakeholders, partners, and customers
