FWI has won a contract to develop and implement training and assessment programs designed to increase the enrollment, retention, and graduation rates of National Guard Youth Challenge Program locations. The Project Manager will lead training and assistance support for NGYCP sites nationwide. You will develop evaluation tools, conduct site visits, and implement training initiatives to increase enrollment, retention, and graduation rates while ensuring program quality and consistency.
The National Guard Youth Challenge Program (NGYCP) is a military-based training program that helps at-risk youth improve their life skills and employment potential. With 46 sites across 28 states, it provides structured programming focused on academic excellence, life coping skills, job skills, and responsible citizenship.

Work Schedule and Location:
Remote: This full-time remote position will work Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm. Travel will be required for site visits, workshops and in-person training.
