We are seeking an AI Solutions Manager to lead the strategy and development of cutting-edge AI and machine learning solutions. In this role, you will align AI initiatives with business goals, overseeing the full product lifecycle—from ideation to deployment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to create impactful AI products that drive innovation and deliver real business value. • Lead the development and execution of AI/ML product strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle, including ideation, planning, development, and continuous improvement of AI products.
• Prioritize product features, define clear objectives, and ensure product milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Communicate product vision, roadmaps, and results to internal and external stakeholders, including leadership and customers.
• Analyze and report on product performance, gather customer feedback, and drive iterative product improvements.
• Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies, and ensure the integration of these advancements into products.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Busines, or a related field.
• Active Secret or higher level security clearance or the ability to obtain.
• Experience in product management, preferably in AI/ML or technology-related products.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business strategies.
• Experience with product lifecycle management, from ideation to delivery.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to prioritize, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
• Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is desired.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with AI/ML development teams and understanding of machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with AI/ML product commercialization and scaling.
• Knowledge of business analytics and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner, Agile Certified Product Manager).
