This is a remote position that will not require the employee to relocate. Monday - Friday, normal business hours.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs for various media including print, digital, and multimedia
  • Developing creative content for publications, presentations, flyers, videos, and online platforms
  • Using a wide variety of desktop publishing, graphics, and multimedia applications to produce high-quality materials
  • Managing multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client specifications
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback
  • Ensuring all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives
  • Collaborating with marketing, communications, and other teams to develop cohesive design strategies
  • Presenting design concepts and proposals to clients and stakeholders
  • Providing design support for internal and external communication initiatives
  • Reviewing and proofread all design materials to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Staying updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
  • Maintaining a library of design assets and templates

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior or lead role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other design tools
  • Strong creative vision, attention to detail, excellent communication, and project management skills
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and video editing software is desired
  • Experience working in a government contracting environment is desired
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and plain language principles is desired
  • Experience with human-centered design and behavioral insights is desired
